Day 11
I spent the day in Auckland, celebrating my dear friend Lynley's birthday. We had a lovely Italian lunch together and enjoyed a well overdue catch up. While I was away, we had a torrential downpour in Te Awamutu and then another one about dinner time. Not much happening on the house sale front today, just working on being ready for all our visitors at the Open Home on Sunday! The lunch was not just Italian; it was divine. I had such a pleasant day. I do think one of the main highlights, though, was collecting the open home signs you purchased off Trade Me. This was followed a close second by reading the first section of Emma Donoghue's ROOM. It seems appropriate to mention this on your property blog considering you are selling House.
